Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors return to Workplay

Drew Holcomb epitomizes the modern-day troubadour. Tirelessly writing, recording and performing, the imagesNashville-based singer/songwriter has steadily built his fan base over the years. In addition, Holcomb’s songs have been placed on television series including House, Army Wives and Parenthood among others. On Friday, April 4, Holcomb and his backing band The Neighbors (an outfit that includes Holcomb’s wife, Ellie) will return to Birmingham for a performance in the Workplay SoundStage. Judah & The Lion will open the 8 p.m. show.

In 2013, Holcomb released his latest full-length album, Good Light. In addition to touring throughout 2014, Holcomb will host the Moon River Music Festival in his hometown of Memphis in June. In addition to Holcomb’s performance, the festival’s lineup includes Will Hoge, The Dirty Guv’nahs, Holly Williams and Judah & The Lion among others.

Tickets to the 18+ show are $15 – $17 day of the show – and can be purchased at www.workplay.com
